Hello! I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a single mom of 3 kids. I have always been an active person... played many sports and worked out 5 to 6 days a week. In August 2012 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, within 2 months I could barely lift a cup of coffee!! I found myself in pain 24/7, I could not work out or play any sports. It was a chore just to walk across the room or even get out of bed.
Two years after being diagnosed I was put on shots that finally gave me some relief!! After a year of feeling good I decided it was time to try to work out again. In November of 2015 I finally decided to join a challenge group I saw on facebook. Since then I've been working out daily, eating clean and am now myself coaching challenge groups and helping other achieve their fitness goals. I am not yet at my goal but I am well on my way and I WILL get there. I still have flare ups and have to use moderation moves during those times, but I still work out :)
